I went to Virgin Hair Obsession to pick up hair I had ordered around January 2020. First of all her location was BEAUTIFUL! She had the hair ready for me along with a gift which was nice. Also, by picking it up I didn't have to pay for shipping. It is now August and I can still wash and wear the hair which shows this is some good quality hair!

This the worse company i have ever dealth with. Ordered hair that never came and they would not refund my money.

I wish I could give this company negative stars! I placed an order April 30, 2020, (mind you, paid an additional $50.10 for expedited shipping for 2-3 business days) received a confirmation that the order had been placed, they're getting it ready for shipment, and will notify me when it is sent. Nine days later on May 9th and a week after the expedited shipping time frame I sent VHO an email asking for my tracking number because I had not received my package or even a tracking number from them. I am a soldier serving overseas and this was after COVID had started so I understood that there could be delays. However, they didn't respond to my email and didn't give me a tracking number. I sent them another email on June 1, 2020 almost a month after no response from them asking for a refund of at least the expedited shipping fee since it's been over a month since placing the order when I paid extra for 2-3 business days shipping. They responded on June 3, 2020 apologizing for the delay and stating they would refund me the difference between the expedited and standard shipping fee (to which they did not refund me). On June 11, 2020 I emailed them again asking them for my tracking number. No response. Then again on June 16, 2020. STILL No response. On June 30, 2020 it had now been two months with no tracking number, package, refund, or even an explanation of where my package is or what is going on. I emailed them on June 30th asking for a FULL refund. No response. On July 25, 2020, now almost THREE MONTHS after I placed the order I requested a full refund yet again. I also called them thieves (what would you think a person or company who takes your money, then ignores your emails, and doesn't deliver the product or service is doing? Scamming you. Robbing you.). Anyway calling them thieves got a response out of them and on July 27, 2020 they responded saying they will address and handle the matter within 24 hours. I responded that I don't want the product, just my FULL REFUND. No response. I sent ANOTHER email August 4, 2020 letting them know that I have not received a refund. No response. Sent another email August 5, 2020. At this point, I go to their Instagram Page at VHO World and the CEO's page at MsAmbition23 and warn others about what this company does. I did research and found I was not the only one they did this to. There's been incidents like this dated back to 2017. The CEO, Raven Gillum blocked me from her page and VHO World page because I began exposing them. So I posted receipts on how they took my money and blocked me on my own Instagram page on only then did they start to take action. I began posting what they did to me on August 7, 2020. The same day they refunded me. But guess how I found out? Strangers that were following me sent me screenshots and videos from VHO World page and CEO Raven Gillum's page at MsAmbition23 where the company had posted a video calling ME a scammer showing a refund confirmation document with my FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, PART OF MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, AND LAST 4 NUMBERS OF MY DEBIT CARD. A TOTAL BREACH OF PRIVACY! Not only did I have to go through great lengths to just get a refund for an order that was never fulfilled (& It shows in the pics I posted of the refund confirmation) but they also put all my private and personal information on a public forum for thousands to see and potentially put myself and my family in harms way. I reported her pages to Instagram and Instagram removed them due to the fact it violated Instagram's Data Privacy policies. It had been up for 10 hours prior to that.nnThe way the owner of the business spoke to me via IG DM and email was very disrespectful and condesending. She is a very young woman and you can tell she is not mature enough to handle a business properly. There are several.other accounts of the same thing happening to other customers. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Looks nice in here but the prices are pretty high and it seems like you can never get an appointment that will work with your schedule but its pretty inside
