IST Department is created to rob international students. Not only the instructors are not qualified to teach, as human being they do not have integrity . Scammers. Do not waste your time and money at this place. The academic and the instructors are extremely low level. They laughed at your back and they have no respect toward students. You waste your life if you go there, but also you will graduate with emotional scars and PTSD due to the inhuman ways they treat you.

This really is a good school and I am not one to give phony reviews. Affordable/ reasonable tuition rates & staff were respectful towards students. They really do value their students and are not just concerned about the dollar like most other colleges and universities. I had a good experience here. Professors really go above and beyond to help and were always available.

For non-international students: go for it.nFor international students: don't waste your time here if you want to end up with a good OPT and raise your chances of getting hired.n1. The International student department is the second most incompetent department (DMV takes first place). They are extremely disorganized, the upper management couldn't care less about you, the lower management isn't any better. You better come in six months early to get anything done because they WILL mess up on your paperwork. You might end up wasting three months of OPT getting your papers together. It might take them two months to put your papers together for the admissions packet (a process that takes hardly a week). Remember: you are NEVER their priority. Therefore, be ready to wait an hour in their office to only be sent home in two minutes.n2. Tuition rate is low. Great. Courses are a hit or a miss. Assignments are easy. Some professors are great, some are teaching the wrong course, and some don't know what the art of teaching is. If you really want to learn something, you're on your own. Well, YouTube and Google are lovely companions.n3. You will most likely, at some point, end up paying for an unnecessary class, unnecessary sign ups, etc. Basically, they might mess up on something but you will be held accountable for any monetary damage. You're an international student, so you probably have loads of money trees growing in your house or apartment or whatever.

Absolute joke of a college. Absolute joke curriculum. A complete waste of money. The only reason why I completed my degree in 2014 was because I had done more than 3/4 of it by 1996. I didn’t want to start off at another university to complete my undergraduate. This college will give a degree to anyone. You don’t have to be smart. You don’t have to put out good work. You just have to basically show up and pay your tuition and that’s it. Do yourself a favor and get as much of your undergraduate work done at a place like Delaware Tech and then try to get into a real university. This place will admit anyone. This place will graduate anyone.
