If you are considering using Kensington Tours for your next vacation, RUN!nMy family trip of six to Africa was cancelled due to the pandemic. Borders closed, flights cancelled and these people do nothing but provide canned responses and hold on to your money and refuse to issue refunds. They hide behind credits with restrictions! We are not able to go together as a family in the foreseeable future due to life events. So bottom line, you book a trip, spend thousands of dollars and a pandemic hits that prevents the travel and they do nothing to help get your money back! RUN!

I've travel with some high end travel companies before. Kensington arranged a tour of Spain for me. From the beginning I was very impressed. I worked with Sydney. She found out about my family. She really tailored a trip to our interests. She contacted me right before the trip and made sure I understood everything that was arranged. We had a great trip. I'll be using them again.

We have just returned from our 2nd trip planned by Kensington Tours. Last year a group of 4 of us went to Ireland. We were so impressed with the quality and knowledge of our driver/guide Paul, that we decided to use Kensington again. We wondered if any trip could top what we had last year or at least equal it. And once again Kensington planed a trip that was perfect in every way. We had fantastic guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Kudos to Iolanda, Marco, Edgar and George. Each of them were so well prepared and so solicitous to our needs. These people are truly gems. One of the women in our group of four was having trouble walking on some of the hills and cobbled streets. Each time a guide made sure that she was OK and helped her to walk and keep her balance. Thank you, Kensington for another wonderful trip. We'll be back.

Extremely agressive and annoyingly persistent salespeople. Expect phone calls and follow up emails even when you rejected their offering and asked to stop emailing.
