Not only did she work hard to find a great deal for me, she was willing to relocate me to a different cabin after I found out the room assigned to me wasn't great for my family. Purchased a 5 people cruise in November 2019 for March 20 Sailing. Need to rebook due to COVID-19 but it has been impossible to reach them.nPhone lines are never picked up. After 15 minutes waiting there is a message asking to leave a number for a call back. Left several messages and no call back since last week.nNo reply to emails either.Emails from several people I interacted with are now closed accounts.nThe cruise line insists that the agency needs to request the cancellation. Im 10 days away from sailing date and can't find help!nSo frustrating!!!
