My first experience with FareGeek was quite frightening I am an oxygenarion (old lady) and after many attempts at trying to get my head around my computer (which has a mind of its own) I had no choice but to call and hopefully be able to speak to a human being. I'm not a friend of my phone because I'm deaf and get feedback in my ears BUT I WOULD GIVE THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME THROUGH A LONG AND LABORIOUS PROCESS with such kindness, without patronizing me in anyway...I would give him a 'Knighthood' or at least a Gold Medal.nThank you SO MUCH young man (the plot thickens} I need to change my flight date so I can extend my stay in the USA!!nSo people, watch out for my second experience with FareGeek....I will tell you all about it!!! Amazing!! I had a great experience with Airfare. I called in and spoke with Michael Ramsey about my flight and was pleasantly surprised by how patient, nice, and flexible he was with my request. He made what was usually a stressful situation easy and enjoyable. I will defiantly be booking with them again on all my future travels. Thanks again to Michael, he made me day.

Michael Ramsey was phenomenally helpful in sorting out a huge miscommunication with my credit card company cancelling and re-opening/changing the time for my flight.nnWhat I thought was going to be $1,500 was cut in half because he was able to spend more than half an hour listening and clearly understanding and working on my behalf.nnReally helpful, really impressive.. I wish he could somehow help me all the time. LOL.

I booked my flight and cancelled within an hour because my girlfriend decided to change her mind in the location. Elsa my representative was very helpful in explaining the process on how the refund work since no actual ticket was issued, and even though there were 3 temporary charges to my credit card instead of 2. She assured me that all charges would be refunded within 3-4 business days. Thus far I was very happy with the customer service, I will have my girlfriend leave another feedback once we receive the full refund.nnFollow up on (got my full refund back without a problem!)

My customer service representative was Nathan, who was very helpful in explaining to me all my options, reviewing flight schedules, and being detail oriented in checking all of my information and making sure I was satisfied.
