I made a biggest mistake and bought unfortunately tickets with flyback India. Because of coronavirus , I had to cancel my tickets. They did n't refund my money , though Delta Air confirmed 100% refund. I feel like being cheated by Flyback. I lost almost $1680 on tickets . I will never recommend to buy tickets from this agency. Buying from this agency , People usually lost control over their tickets for direct dealing with airline to modify/ cancel tickets on Passenger request.
Horrible company to deal with. Bought air ticket to India, Was overcharged on my credit card than the quoted price. Due to unforeseen circumstances have to cancel my ticket. The ticket I received stated that the cancellation fee of $500. Although their website only states that there is $only $50 cancellation charges. While cancelling the ticket they asked me additional $550 for cancellation and will get refund money in 5-6 weeks after after paying the additional money. What is the gurantee I will be getting back my money. horrible company to deal and will never deal in dreams. Horrible horrible company Flyback India I have ever dealt in last 30 years
