I had an appointment lined up for 2 weeks. I explained on the phone while making the appointment, what was happening with my sea Doo. I explained that I had new engine installed due to low compression, but the Ski had the same issues. I drove an hour to J&J, explained the entire situation again, and they took the ski. I was half way home and got a call that they didn’t want to work on my ski because someone else had worked on it. Wasted 3 hours of my day for something they could of told me over the phone 2 weeks ago. Wasted 2 weeks waiting for this appointment, when I could have had it at another shop. The girl at the counter was very friendly, but the guy that called to tell me they didn’t want to work on my ski seemed to have a little attitude and said “you should have brought it to me in the first place. “ They don’t seem very professional to me.

I wish i could take my cars and everything else in life to this place. The guy jim is awesome easy to talk to and super knowledgeable always a great experience! I will always drive out of my way to go to JnJ! I promise anyone who goes here will be very happy with their experience and results!
Very, Very friendly staff. No pressure, they know their stuff. And they've been there long enough to know you can come back and see them. Will recommend
took my boat there for spring service, they did a great job and didn't try and jack my bill up with unnecessary charges
