This place deserves zero stars. They refused to accept prepaid packages because the shipping label was not printed the same day as the shipping day. I have never been rejected in the past in other post offices. The customer service is so far the worse compared to any other usps in the United States. Everyone work there were offensive.
Upgraded my review to 5 stars from 1. This place has been a total turn around in 2019. The staff is now pleasant and helpful.
This has to be without a doubt the worst post office i have ever been to. Employees act like they have no training, or desire to help you, or explain to you have to fix a problem. You will stand in line for over 20 minutes everytime you go to this location. I would give zero stars if I could, they don't deserve 1 star even.
Terrible customer service. Every.single.time. This location is super convenient to my work, so I've used it multiple times even though it's always been frustrating for one reason or another. I'm fed up. Like so many other comments in this set of reviews, I've adopted the habit of driving several miles out of my way, rather than use this location.
Line of people and the employees are socializing instead of helping consumers. Hire some people that actually do there job
