The prices are generally a bit lower here than other places in the area. The employees are all really helpful and friendly; I believe there was only one employee at one point that was very short when talking/just gave yes or no answers when I was looking for assistance in finding the right product.nGiven that experience was only once and with one employee, but all my other experiences have been extremely enjoyable, I would say this is probably my favorite place in the area to go.nPlus - it's just got such a creative name ud83dude02

Best dispensary I've ever been to, hands down. Super great customer service, very friendly owners, GREAT deals. Support your local business owner, and SUPPORT GREAT PEOPLE ( like the people who own & work at this shop ) seriously PLEASE GO!

Honestly Never had an issue UNTIL TONIGHT. Love everyone there but the OWNER. Tonight was our first time meeting him and I was less then impressed. It’s pretty clear the employees make this place what it is. The way he handled the situation and attempted to “explain”what the “issue was”, was not only unexpected and unacceptable but he come off just plain rude. We use to be regulars and loved supporting this local shop but don’t know if I’ll be returning after the way he acted and treated us. Not looking to support someone who thinks it’s ok to treat’s their customer this way. Sure do hope he’s a better boss to his employees then he is customers.

I had a negative experience with the. Budtender during my last visit at Pottonmouth. The cool hippie guy wasn't there this time. The owner has hired someone new. I asked how his day was going and he answered rudely that he had just gotten there; so he didn't know. He then rudely showed me the buds from practically across the room. Honestly guys, you can't just treat your friends with kindness and people you don't like with distain. I smoke a lot of cannabis but will not patronize Perp businesses. I will take my business to Cannabros or go in to MAC. Buying weed should always be a good experience ud83dudc38They always greet me with a smile. Unless this situation changes; I will not be coming back.
