I made a purchase today, bought two packs of paper towels and two packs of toilet paper and the cashier scan 3 instead of two! I understand that it turning into my fault whenever I’m getting out of the store, and it my fault that I didn’t check the receipt. But I’m not the only one who face with this problem at this store! Couple weeks ago my friend checked her receipt and got the same problem but with more items, she went to the customer service and got her $36 back! So, please can the cashiers be more careful with scanning the items! Thank you!
