Horrible place- If I could, I would give this place negative stars. I was a monthly parking customer and I parked in a reserved spot for the second time because I was running late and the garage manager booted my car. I tried to reach him for 45 minutes before I was finally able to catch hold of him and then he was super rude as if I had broken a law or something. Those reserved spots are always free and you get booted for parking there for 3 hours. Sounds ridiculous. There are plenty of garages to choose from downtown

This is a dangerous place to park. My window was smashed within 15 minutes of parking. No surveillance. No staff in the office. Not a safe place
