It’s pricy for both hourly parking and monthly which I wish was actually taken care of by my apartment complex. Seems like they (SP+) have a little bit of a monopoly on the parking here in Wilmington. The spaces are on the smaller side and it’s hard to park even for a regular sedan or a compact car. Car was broken into, the lovely apartment complex did all they could but since this garage is owned by SP+ I have to say that their security is horrendous and they don’t do much to actually protect their customers including the residents of the building.
