I regularly park here when traveling via greyhound and most recently I parked there over the thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately my car was damaged (broken window) and the company says that it’s not their fault even though the incident occurred in their facility. So please be aware that they claim it’s”park at your own risk”

So I don't know who just answered my call today at 12pm (Dec 10) but she deserves an award for customer service. I was frustrated by the train station and WPA garages having signs up saying monthly parking only. Other than those garages I didnt know where to go to park and catch a train. So I called WPA and the lady who answered checked on space availability. Upon finding a spot, she stayed on the line with me as I drove around the blocks to go back to the garage and made sure I got in. That is true customer service and is greatly appreciated by me!
So many vehicles couple parked with no tickets
When you decide the city needs more money, what do you do?nGouge your parking customers of course.n1- Make sure the pay kiosks are marked “broken” so customers can’t pay as they leave an event.n2- Make sure you are understaffed for a scheduled event.n3- Make sure to close three of the four exits from the garage. (Because of staffing issues of course).n4- Make sure there is no change available, but of course only accept cash.n5- Make sure there is at least a 25 minute wait, for cars exiting to pay. That way you’ll get an additional hour from every car, since you charge “per minute”.nnDisgusted with the WPA business practices over the years. Shamefully pathetic.
