If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have never dealt with anyone that has been so kind and understanding in such a bad situation. Joyce has went above and beyond to help in a time of need. Her and Bethany took my situation to a whole personal level that most people you've know for years wouldn't do. I can't say enough good things about them that could describe how amazing they are! Thank you G&M! You all are WAY above the rest!

Well first off I walk using a walker and G & M insurance had a small screen door that I could barely fit throrough, their place of business is a house. So, barely getting through the door I was asked by a lady who didn't even smile or greet me , She just said what can I do for you? I sat down and explained that I wanted a quote on my car for both liability and full coverage . She said it would take her about 1 hour to go through the process. I stoped back by in an hour and she wasn't done with my quote said she needed another 45 minutes. So, i left and came back and sent my son in to pick up the quote for me. And , the lady still wasn't done with my quote. I told my son to just forget it if G & M Insurance was going to take so long putting a simple quote together then they didn't need my business .If you want a quote fast then you definitely want to stay away from G & M Insurance cause all you'll get is slow service and poor customer service.
