This company should be out of business! My wife ordered a batch awhile ago she got the split k. I tried it the day it came, we only live miles away, and it was awful, I could see the dye packs to color their kratom with, and I believe it had extract mixed in it! I told my wife to contact them, she called and emailed,which we still can prove and they never even contacted us within their time span to even try to help us! I am disabled and they should change their name because Oregonians don't treat each other like that!

I looked up website and they stated open until 3PMnSo my husband and I drove an hour and a 1/2 1 away and it was a red farmhouse with chickens all over the place. So then I tried to call no answer no response but we went ahead and put an order through the website, the very next day the was taken out the account and I waited and waited and waited emailed when was it coming no response. They have my money I'm going 10 days and others tried to call voicemails were full so I texted no response, so we did a reverse on your checking account and went to Portland for medical needs .

Blocked me from their site with no explanation. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Went back to buying from Gaia and I would recommend anyone do the same.

Their product is very good but I’ve had several bad customer service instances, which include bad shipping experiences that I’ve never experienced with anyone in a similar field. I don’t know if it has been just my experience but it is enough for me to not do business with them anymore.
