It was slow and they took people picking up instead of the NIL. Total BS. I was there an hour for. 10 minute trip.
Would appreciate if they could post daily hours since they are different now. Assumed it would still be possible to access mailboxes before counter hours on Saturday but not! Thank you.
When I order something its because I need it.n3 different packages sent back to Wilmington DE distribution center 3 different times to Clayton instead of Kenton because they can't read and sort packages. Items are clearly labeled. On hold for an hour each time and ultimately solves Nothing. Unbelievable, thanks I really appreciate it. Do your damn job.
I was at this post office first thing this morning at 9AM, their scheduled opening time. There were 5 or 6 people waiting in the lobby, but the counter gates were down until 9:10 (see picture). After waiting another 20 minutes, I mailed my package. I went back today with a 2nd package at 1:45PM, their scheduled closing time being 2PM, and the doors were locked. Does this sound like a well run branch to you? The ABSOLUTE WORST post office I have ever had the misfortune of having to do business with.
My package has been at this distribution center for 2 days. There seems to be no way of finding out why there’s a delay or when I will receive the package (because all they provide is the general 800 number) The USPS is generally terrible when it comes to customer service and delivering packages on time.
