She was excellent, and the ring and necklaces I ended up getting are beautiful. I would definitely suggest using Lauren in the future if you are looking for an experienced jeweler! Have been using KAO jewelers for over 10 years. They have a great selection of jewelry and settings. Recently had some older jewelry reset and Lauren was extremely helpful in selecting new designs. 5 Stars.
