Their customer service is great, something you just don’t see anymore (or ever!). I would recommend 9-5 to anyone looking for a loan or looking to make a few extra dollars selling something!

I’ve been going here for years!! I love my experience each and every time. They are very personable and honest. I have purchased a beautiful ring from them and plan on buying my first guitar from them. They give you max loans on your items. It’s like they are very passionate about what they do and enjoy helping people. You can’t please everyone and they are very picky about items they buy and that’s ok because it shows they have standards! They value their business and their customers. If you don’t like people who are honest then don’t go because it’s not the place for you. A lot of their low ratings are mostly lies. I have great experience each and every time I go and learn something new about their business each every time.
