I was trying to be helpful, on top of my questions I would have liked to get answered before I lugged all my goods down to check them out, but instead I got attitude and hung up on. They’re definitely permanently off my list unless this was just a bad day and some apologies are made. I’ve never been treated so rudely when I was trying to make someone money.

Dirty, seems sketchy and overall just a bad experience. Don’t let them give you nothing for your gold, go to a more standard Cash For Gold location.. you’ll get more from better people.
