I was trying to be helpful, on top of my questions I would have liked to get answered before I lugged all my goods down to check them out, but instead I got attitude and hung up on. They’re definitely permanently off my list unless this was just a bad day and some apologies are made. I’ve never been treated so rudely when I was trying to make someone money.

Dirty, seems sketchy and overall just a bad experience. Don’t let them give you nothing for your gold, go to a more standard Cash For Gold location.. you’ll get more from better people.

So glad they are in New Castle! I’ve been dealing with them at Dover Jewelry & Pawn for years and now I don’t have to drive as far to deal with them. I always buy and sell my gold, silver, electronics and tools from there, they have the best prices. Staff is great and they are always willing to negotiate. Go to Cash In Jewelry and Pawn!
