All of the staff are excellent and go out of their way to get you the best rates. I most recently talked with Dorothy who, like the others in the office, demonstrated professionalism, patience, and kindness. These are qualities that are not found in a lot of other businesses. This is an excellent insurance team.

The women who work here are great. Knowledgeable, down to earth, and approachable. However, the only reason I am unable to give a 5-star review without disrespecting myself is because of inaccurate service I'd received from their corporate center, leading me to feeling deceived. A man named Brady from Nationwide's Texas branch lured me into an auto insurance switch under false pretenses (albeit unintended). He solicited me via phone with a quote that would have saved me $1200/yr on my auto insurance plus a rental insurance plan thrown in for next to nothing. He claimed he had all my information except our license numbers. When I asked where his office physically was, he gave me the address to this office, leading me to believe he actually physically worked there. He tried to goad me into texting him our license numbers, yes, texting. My gut told me to show up to the office in person instead. Glad I did. It turned out he had confused my husband and I with a couple with the same names. Our quotes were actually MORE expensive than our current rates...$1400/yr more than the quote given to me over the phone. I feel I wasted my time. The agent I spoke with in person explained that they have a new system that stores people's personal info for quotes, and unfortunately it can be inaccurate at times. In my opinion, that's even more reason for me to distrust technology and aggressive phone sales marketing. I know it's not the agent's fault and I'm sure she is a great person to buy insurance from, IF you are one of the people who can get a decent rate. I was apparently not one of them, despite having a spotless driving record. Next time I won't answer the phone.

i spoke to a lady named Debbie.. she was great!!! she did everything she could to help me save money!!! she even recommended a few different auto insurance companies that may give me even lower rates from the ones that she provided me.. i have never dealt with such a nice and honest person when it came to my MONEY!! i really did her best to help me find a low quote. i ended up getting a lower rate from the insurance company THE GENERAL... Because of her honesty and willing to help i chose to go with Debbie even tho i found a lower rate with a diff company!! I loved the honesty the care and the realnest i received from her!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me and understanding my situation!!
