A court clerk forgot to record the fact that charges against me had been dropped, and as a result a warrant was out for my arrest. Had to spend several hours locked up in a police station while my parents rushed to find a bank that could dispense cash on a Sunday to bail me out.nnThe employees here are all rude and miserable, and I don't blame them. The interior of the building is cold and hideous. It looks more like a prison than a courthouse. Its also dirty, and due to security you'll be waiting awhile to get in.nnI gave two stars because the judge was very courteous and got the short cases out of the way first, so we didn't have to wait very long. But that was the only positive.

Worst public defender Gerry spadacini or whatever his name is. This guy was terrible. Tried to talk to him about planning for trial. All this guy did was say let's see if the victim shows when the victim showed up the first time. He didn't want to go to trial. Threw a tantrum with me and was clearly drunk Everytime we met. When I told him I wanted to plan for trial his response was no if you don't like it fire me.

The judge I had to see in order to bring my N.J custody case I already had over to 500 king st felt like I did something wrong, she was very rude and needs to put a smile on her face stop bringing home issues to work , Thank you and have a bless one.

I know that the Superior Court in Newcastle county, Wilmington,Delaware renders a true and just judgement in every case.

This may be one of the most corrupt courts in the country. The latest news they let a black teenager do 6 mo in residential program for killing another black teenager in HS. How can this be possible? Most black employees here are rude and treat people with complete disrespect. I even remember this black woman worker screaming at people, are they afraid to fire people like her? Others appear oblivious, and wish you could just go away. Very few helpful and nice workers. Also, you pretty much don't see Hispanics or Asians working here. How can all this happen at the taxpayer's dime? Also, parking will cost you. The area is also one of the most dangerous, especially after dark. Avoid this court if you can.
