If I could give them a zero I would. Not only did they charge me an excessive amount of money that is going to take 4 months of work to pay off, they stopped charging my card in the beginning of me possessing the vehicle. They are not helpful, the woman who usually works and answers the phone likes to lie to people and low key has an attitude. They don’t have any type of payment plan for situations like mine. They are just all around terrible. Never again will I rent from this company. ud83dudc4eud83cudffb

Just left with my mom. They charged her first and told her afterwards that it was $9.99 per gallon for gas which came to 99$ because it was not brought back full. Understandle. But we have been renting with them since August and just now found out about this. The lady tried to say she told my mom. No. You gave what was due but did not break down the prices. That doesnt feel like good customer service to us. We just feel she could have let us get gas first and come back but because she took the keys and she wasn't allowed to give them back. Idk i just feel like she could have help us out but I guess it all about the money.

I had reservations for 12 which in fact that’s the lunch break 12-1 the sale assistant calmed he informed me but never did. The car that I was supposed to get wasn’t there so they gave me an upgrade only for it to be dirty. I took it because I was already behind on the trip and trying to beat traffic. Upon returning the car the service sucked! The sales assistant carried a long conversation with a customer as if no one was in the lobby. As she finished up she just wanted the keys and barely said anything else as I walked out feeling cheap shorted. So I asked when are deposits returned I was told I’ll be emailed but I never received that either after hours of waiting. Was told I’ll be charged a smoking fee of $400.00 when clearly no one was smoking as all was said and done. The staff gave me a hard time and poor customer service! I did in fact get my money after I was wrongfully accused but no apology had been given. Im very disappointed and will not be using they’re service again!
