Wilmington Bus Station

Bus was over 2 hours late. Station was closed they had to send a bolt bus instead to take us. All to new york

We departed home at 7:30 AM for my daughter and her family to catch an 8:30 AM scheduled greyhound bus to NY. The bus arrived for departure 2 hours late. The inside of the bus terminal was closed and it was very cold outside. This station needs to be updated inside the terminal as well as from a technological standpoint. No one knew what time the late bus was going to arrive. This was unacceptable and all patrons should receive a refund.nnSee the pink attachment for an alternative bus company's schedule that is always on time and much more professional than greyhound!!

Be careful with the vending machines... dont use your cards on them. The coca cola one is charging 655 dollars and 30 cents for a soda.... yikes

Hours were not posted on the greyhound site claim they’re open till 7 today. I drove 20 miles and here I am at 5:45 to find theyre closed. No one answers the phone.

The young, light skinned, man behind the desk only played video games, would not give any information about buses, made several people miss their buses and was completely unhelpful. Those people then had to call and argue with Greyhound in order to get a new ticket that they either had to pay for or argue for a complimentary replacement. Included an elderly lady and another young lady with a small child. Tried to report him to Greyhound and took his picture to send to them. Not much help on their end either. Would never use this place again.
