Since 1990 Station Gallery has framed several dozen of my prints, photographs, and posters. I've also bought pottery there. Nancy and her staff are wonderful--warm, knowledgeable, dependable. They offer great advice on mats and frames. Highly recommend!

Station Gallery recognized 40 years of showing Mitch Lyons' work by offering a choice assortment of original Clay Monoprints and Ceramics.nA vivid palette and unique abstract vocabulary remind that Lyons oeuvre will stand out for a long time among interpreters and admirers of Contemporary Art.nHere are monoprints in a seamless crescendo of color and sometimes inconclusive pattern, bicolor backgrounds emboldening a simple object, and docile landscapes belying genius. Ceramics appear elementary in construct but stride out with insignia, earthly color, and sublime inflection.nLyons left a trove of work not seen by even the most thorough curators.
