Been a month and i have not received my original documents back. When i called and finally get to talk to someone, they said it was already mailed out but could not tell me when it was mailed. I understand that it’s pandemic but please do something with your system, even if you’re working at home, there are ways where you can still get organized. Imagine if i sent out my DL? I could not get to drive for a month because that’s how slow they sent your stuff back. I’m just hoping the documents are not lost.
I've called 5 times in 2 weeks. I get hung up on every time.
I've talked to 4 people over the phone and they can't answer questions over my application for a new SS card. One person told me to send in all my originals even my driver's license. What do I do if I get pulled over? They said well I guess you'll get a ticket then. They don't try to do anything to help you and I'm still trying to figure out how to get all my original documents back!!!
