I was fortunate to work with Katie Fulton at the Smyrna location to help me recover from a nagging knee injury over a couple of months through the summer of 2020. She worked with me to help locate areas of weakness, improve flexibility, and was always willing to listen and adjust based on the feedback I provided. I've since recovered from the knee injury, and feel confident that I have the tools to prevent a similar injury in the future. Thanks Katie!

The hands on therapy is the first thing I noticed. We still use different modalities that work to stretch and strengthen my neck. But the therapist can feel the difference as she manipulates my neck from the beginning to where we are now. Making progress with every visit... and I do my at home stretching!! The overall atmosphere in office is professional and caring. Thank you for being in our hometown.

Premier in Smyrna is the best physical therapy place in Kent county. I recently have had a total knee replacement and Kevin was the best. I'm one month out and walking very well thanks to this place. They are vested in your care and I am so happy with their therapy. Their front desk person is so very nice and accommodating. Your happiness, rehab, and well being is their concern. Total team effort. They will not stop until your goals have been met. On my worst day they bring their A game for you.

I just wanted to share my experience at Premier. The front desk staff is professional, helpful, polite, and friendly. I am always greeted warmly and made welcome. There is never a long wait time for my therapist. I have mainly worked with Katie. Katie is very knowledgeable. She always listens to me and tries her best to help in every situation. She explains everything I am doing, why I am doing it, and how it will hopefully help my body. I several issues with different parts of my body. I get frustrated and overwhelmed sometimes. Katie always brings me back to the reasons I am doing physical therapy. She is always encouraging, supportive and understanding. She is a wonder. I have worked with Kristi a few times. She is bright and happy. She is encouraging, supportive, and understanding just like Katie. The assistants are so helpful as well. Always willing to help with adjusting a machine, or getting you a ball, or setting you up for your next exercise and making sure you are doing it correctly. The location is great. Easy to get to and amble parking is available. The facility is always clean and well kept. You always see the staff wiping down tables, putting on clean pillow cases, and washing their hands. If you need physical therapy, for any reason, you would do yourself a disservice if you did not go to Premier in Smyrna. I am very pleased with my experiences and I am most assured you will be, too.

I highly recommend the Smyrna site for therapy needs. Katie did an excellent job getting my arm to function without pain. This was the second time I had to have therapy but on my legs and that time was just as successful. Appointments were easily scheduled to meet my needs as well.
