ATI Physical Therapy

I am impressed with the safety of my health by masking everyone employees and patients. And I have never seen so many hand sanitizer stations in my life. My therapist uses it before my sessions, in between each exercise and after she sends me on my way. I have not been near another patient since I started at ATI. The only thing I believe could be better controlled is the sign in process with pens. Clean in one jar, used in another with very visible print on both. There is no way to prevent patients from knowing not to put their used pen otherwise. I use my own pen.

After dealing with Jen's personality in Smyrna, I was ready to return to Dynamic Physical Therapy. If it wasn't for the professionalism and availability of the ATI staff in Dover, I would have. This is after two of Dynamic's staff were ridiculing an old female patient while she was present. Needless to say, customer service at both agencies in Smyrna could be greatly improved.

I would never go back to any ATI !
