Pivot Physical Therapy

This is my husbands account I am using. This is Ree, Hi everyone! I miss you all already. The folks at Pivot are wonderful!! I can't say enough. They all care about your well being and help as much as they can. I have had the unfortunate case of having to use them twice now and each time I am so impressed with their knowledge of everything and if they did not know they found out. I always walk out of there feeling better than when I walked in, even from the first visit. I would like to thank Anant and Bernard for being patient with me and changing my world for the better. You guys are the BEST!!!!!!! Thank you all again and I don't want to forget Danielle and Michelle, you guys are so good at your jobs and make everything so easy. I want people to know that I used to think that physical therapy was a waste of time because most people are able to do the stretches and exercises at home. However, after going to PIVOT Physical therapy in Smyrna, DE on Deak drive. I have changed my way of thinking.nThe staff there is exceptional to work with you and on you. The one person that understands the human body and muscles is Sheryl. She has the knowledge and understanding to work on the tight muscles and tendons which she will try to loosen up for you.nShe is the best therapist that I have had the pleasure to have work on me.

I highly recommend this physics therapy! From the front desk to the therapy it is all excellent. Danielle is wonderful and she always greets you with a smile. Cheryl was an amazing PT and is very knowledgeable at what she does. Her bedside manner is great and she listens very well to how you’re feeling and explains everything so well so you can understand what is happening and what needs to be done.

I have been attending physical therapy sessions at this facility for almost five months and am extremely pleased with the services which have been rendered to date. The care I received during my recovery was second to none and Sheryl is a true asset to this organization. In addition, Anant and Bernard are well versed in their respective fields and also assisted me during my recovery. Props to Danielle as well who was always helpful in accommodating all of my scheduling needs. Hopefully I will now remain injury free so that I will NOT have to come back !

I'm not one to post in these type of forums, however I felt led to post on this one.nMy therapist was Sheryl. She is a stellar therapist!! I had surgery on my back in May. I started therapy in July with Sheryl. She noticed that I had scar tissue developing. Sheryl worked on my scar. My scar feels remarkable! She also performed a needling technique that worked wonders!! If I had a question or pain, she was able to answer all the questions I had and was thorough in her explanations of any concern that I may have had. I am 100% satisfied with Sheryl's expertise!! If I ever need physical therapy again, I will not hesitate in going directly back to Pivot and requesting Sheryl!! Thank you Sheryl!! Your knowledge in your profession is scholar!!!nBottom line.... You ROCK at your profession!!!!
