Since moving to Smyrna 2 years ago almost everything I order that has to go through this post office I never receive. I send in notification to search for it and still nothing. It is the absolute worse. I am so disheartened any time I order something because I know I will never receive it. two pairs of earbuds just disappeared. checks from my bank never received. anything and everything even small packages from family members.
Never had an issue. Excellent home delivery service and at the p.o. Continued to get my mail forwarded appropriately when I moved.
The mail takes FOREVER to reach its destination from Smyrna. Say I drop my rent check in the mail on the 2nd of the month, and my check won't clear until the 13th. I get late fees due to Smyrna Post. I have to pay extra to have it priority which is 7.50 just so im sure it's gets there within 2-3 business daysud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude12ud83dude12ud83dude44ud83dude44 as it should any WAY without the extra cost...not a good look AT ALL
I have mail transferred to usps and it spends three days traveling from Newcastle De to Smyrna de to dover DE and back to New castle de again and now it is supposed to be delivered to me tomorrow. in Smyrna De.nI have actually cancelled an order because it kept bouncing around and they said it was refused ha
The staff here could care less about servicing the customers. They are always rude and miserable.
