I brought my grandmother in to the Dover office to ask a few questions and how things would work for the insurance and all i can say is that we had a great experience there. A lovely lady named Crissy was very helpful and attended to our needs and questions we had for her. I would highly recommend for anyone to go there and talk to her . She is very polite and Professional and she knows her stuff. Highly Highly recommend to head over there if you have any questions or needs when it comes to insurance :)

While their office is not fancy their Staff is First rate. Other agents claim to have competitive rates but Muncie couples their low rates with First class customer service.nI highly recommend their Dover Office.

Would not waste your time with this company. Very poor communication, representative was very rude when calling in about a over payment auto drafted by them. Very friendly at first, once they sign you forget about good customer service.
