This company has been keeping our house insect free for 5 years. We met Scott, the owner, when we first moved in, we were impressed by his friendly knowledgeable attitude. Since then someone has come every 3 months. Every technician has been professional, clean and friendly. I’ve recommended this company to friends that are equally pleased and will continue to recommend them.
Pest Pro has been one of the nicest, easiest company I have worked with. They are always on time, the technicians are professional, will answer questions, very though and they actually put covers over their shoes upon entering the house. They take the broom to the outside to get rid of spiders and other insects. When I had a problem with ants and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this company.
I have been a Pest Pro client since 2013. I receive the Any Pest/Any Time quarterly service. The Service Technicians make Integrated Pest Management Recommendations which are beneficial. Scott Davis, owner, and the Service Technician's are courteous, personable, have a professional appearance and wear proper shoe covering in my home. The Scheduling Dept. works closely to accomodate my availability when creating service appointments. Pestpro helped me with a huge bug issue. They knew exactly what type of bugs I was describing. They made me feel confident in their expertise. They got rid of the bugs. They are prompt, effective, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am very happy with their services.
