Takes great care of me. Has not encouraged me to take high priced Metformin alternatives like my old doc that was in the big pharma pocket.

The rudest doctor I've ever met. Did not acknowledge patient. Came into the room without even looking up. Rushed the entire process. Gets upset when you ask questions or ask him to repeat himself. I don't know who gave him a degree, but if you desire respect as a patient, look elsewhere. The women at the front desk are very nice when you go in there. However, they take forever to fill prescriptions & they barely answer the phone, which is crucial right now because of covid-19. Seriously, I don't know how this place is still in business. Oh yeah, that's right. Delaware doesn't have as many options as I'm used to having in other states. He would have been shut down a long time ago if he moved anywhere else.

Office staff is terrible. They never return a phone call or message. Forget about leaving message for prescription refill unless you don't mind waiting for a week or so for the office to submit it. Been without androgel. for 2 weeks call them tell them it's urgent for refillndoesn't matter the doctor takes his good old sweet time in signing off on the script .AdvicenFind a different doctor.

I was supposed to start seeing an endo in Milford but rec'd a call a week prior to my appt that she was leaving and that I needed to find someone else. They referred me to Duggal b/c he is in Dover-I've been calling for 3 weeks now maybe 4 leaving message after message to try to schedule an appt. and NOBODY has bothered returning my call. After reading reviews and experiencing this first hand I will go elsewhere. Don't even bother seriously!

I was a patient of Dr. Duggal for years and I loved him. He took the time to explain things and was very patient with me when I could be difficult. I had Medicaid at the time of my service there and he treated me no different than anyone else. I actually wish he was my doctor here in Florida because for some reason they can't keep good endocrinologists around long.
