If you need a great pain doctor, this is where you need to go. I really like how they send you a link to do the check-in and co-pay, a couple of days before your appointment. It's nice to have that done, which makes your wait time quick. Everyone is so nice from reception, nurses, and doctors. It doesn't matter who you see, they take time to listen to you. I've been very happy with my experience.

I receive excellent care in their Dove De office. My nerve block procedure was done in a pain free way. Dr Ahmed is very quick. The nurses and techs are kind and very professional. I would give this group 10 stars if possible. I have used another office and was not pleased with the dr or out come. I will stay with this medical group for future pain issues. Excellent!

The attention in general was good. In the times that we live right now with the COVID19, all the messures to mantain the people who visit the facilities as health as possible are not enough. In this visit I notice that there not enough messurements like hand sanitizer for the pacient, not all the personal used the masks apropiatetly and the stuff the tecnitian use in the patient in the recovery or to prepare the patient for the procedure are not satirized properly.

Good visit. Only a short wait .Office was safe ,distancing and masks.

After told, before seeing me nor running tests, to immediately cut my already low pain meds in half...Then sent for cervical and lumbar imagery ( which the Dr Does Not View, merely goes by report of findings...I'm a former medical professional.)nMy multiple surgeries of total debridement of the (L) mandible were Ignored. Treatment only injections in cervical spine. Nothing done for palliative care for extreme chronic pain. Radio frequency ablation only done for cervical, however, was explicitly told I Must Report a Minimal 40-50% Improvement for Medicare to continue using this ' highly recommended facility!' Any monthly, required forms are completely ignored. I was just released from hospital for a TIA, due to the extremely ignored pain. This is nothing short of patient abuse. ..and neglect. I've followed up by two neurosurgeon s: Both asked 'Why am I not treated Humanly?' I Pray for others in similar situations.
