When I moved to Delaware a few years ago, I started looking for a dentist. I wasn't in a hurry until one of my crowns broke, so picked Dr. Burris since he was close to my home. After completing a lot of paperwork for a new client, I finally received a call back to make an appointment. I was told that I needed a checkup before they could look at my crown. A week later I finally got an appointment for 3 weeks out. Meanwhile, my tooth was killing me. I gave up and contacted my previous dentist who saw me immediately, so it was worth the 2 hour drive. I would not recommend Dr. Burris and team.
I thought dr. Burris and his team where good people until they ripped me off told me I needed fillings that I didn’t need and paid for them I told them it was a cap they said no it wasn’t. Well 3 months after that the cap fell off I went to them in private as I assumed they would fix it they offered discounts because they were wrong then they tell me my dental plan is to complex for them referring me to an oral surgeon so they wouldn’t have to give me discounts I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to nobody in the Camden area.
Dr. Burris practice isn't all what I hope it to be. The staff is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't listen to what you have to say concerning the teeth in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to a dead person, who's been in the grave years
They take the fear out of going to the dentist. Professional and very friendly staff and the GREATEST dentist I have been to. Never rushed, always take their time and explain every procedure, you almost feel like part of the process (the working process). Dr. Burris and Nancy are THE all stars of this place!!!
