Pivot Physical Therapy

They were very professional but made the experience fun! Every day I went I enjoyed talking with everyone while doing my physical therapy. It didn't matter who was working with me, they were all fun! They helped tremendously with getting my range of motion and strength back in my shoulder during my 2 months here. When it was time for me to go they gave me a list of workouts and stretches I can do at home and taught me any of them that I didn't understand so I can do them safely. I mostly worked with Erica but everyone made it a point to talk or help whenever they could. I hope the need never arises but if I ever have to go back to physical therapy I'm choosing this location specifically.

I was so impressed with the care I got from the staff at PIVOT. From the moment I entered the door my experience was exceptional. The staff was so caring and personable, from the Receptionist to the Therapist. I highly recommend PIVOT on Governor's Avenue. I would be remiss if I did not recognize their driver who was great.

This office is very organized, friendly, and compassionate. I've worked with multiple therapists and they all are fabulous ( Erica, Bryce, and Marie)!!! They care about the patients and don't rush you out the door. It can be busy at times but that just is a sign of how good they are. Even in the busy times someone is always greeting you with a smile and THEY KNOW YOU BY NAME!!! I would recommend this office hands down with no questions asked. Thanks Pivot for all your hard work with my recovery :)

Very friendly staff. Everyone greets you with a smile each time you enter and they always remember your name. The office is very clean and nice. Everyone seems to have a passion for what they do and it is evident in their work. I'm sure I was not always the easiest patient to deal with but they would never let me know it. Everyone was kind and took wonderful care of me. I would absolutely recommend everyone go there for great care.

I attend physical therapy because I have diabetic neuropathy, something I thought that I was just going to have to learn to live with, but I was wrong. Throughout my therapy I began to notice the numbness and tightness dissipate. The knowledge of the therapists and there eagerness to help improve the lives of their patients means they can always count on me returning to their facilities. The front desk also does an amazing job scheduling my sessions around my fairly busy schedule so that I can receive the care that I need on a multi session a week after plan. I am great full for the care I have received and for the improvements they have helped me make in my life.
