My baby a (13 year old chihuahua) was diagnosed with heart disease and will not take his meds. He is a very picky eater as well. We are grateful for the service this business provides. Madeline made some chicken flavored medicine for him. He is taking/eating it when I put it on canned chicken. Hopefully this medicine keeps him going for a long time!!

Very friendly staff! I couldn't preach enough on how excellent their service has been to me the past few months. Keisha and Sandra have been very helpful! I cant thank them enough for everything they have done!

Our Dr. had prescription sent to this pharmacy and they sent us medication at first and then Apt details mentioned by the pharmacy for sending out delivery was wrong. We didn’t receive the medications. We raised complaint at post office, we raised complaint at police who handles postal delivery miss handling. After telling these things to pharmacy and repeated calls they updated their system from APT 8 to Apt B.( initially I had mentioned to them it apt B, B as in Boy which they didn’t note down correct). They sent us medications after so much calls from me and my husband.nFor refill again they told - ok, then after 4 days I don’t receive any medications and call them they inform me that - owner doesn’t want to keep you as customers we will not give you medications. As I’m going through IVF and in middle of treatment I requested them and they told you have to come and pick it up. We agreed we will go pick the medications ( we understand after all this they want us to come and pick the medications) we went to other location at symra and picked up medications. I’m thankful as I got these medications just about in time. As I can’t run out of these medications and skip even for a single day.nnMy dr gave some more refill as I was further ahead in the IVF process. Next day my Dr office called and told me the pharmacy is not willing to provide you medications.nnLater I thought of trying one last time for refill and When I call for another refill they straight away said no more medications to you. Also they hung up the call asking me to refer to other pharmacy.nnThis is racist and rude. I this would have not happened if my name was American.nnI’m very upset with the whole thing, without my mistake im on the receiving end.nnRequesting them to handle things more professionally though.
