We were a few minutes late when I arrived at the door . We had traveled 40 minutes to get there on a Sat. It was dark inside, yet I saw a gentleman inside. So, I gave it a shot and knocked. He came to the door and I simply asked if I could drop off my mother's bracelet. He was the kindest man I believe I've ever met. He welcomed me in and actually repaired the bracelet without charge. This owner deserves everyone's business! I'm so happy for them that they were able to move out of the mall. I wish them well!
The lady was extremely Rude to me and my kids!!! Did not greet us when we came into the store instead looked at us as if we didn't belong there at all. When she approached us we still were no greeted instead was asked what do you want? A white lady walked in and was immediately greeted and I said well damn we didn't even get greeted and she looked at me shrugged her shoulder and walked away!!!!
I have been to a lot of jewelry store the staff is out of the world GREAT and Dave and Wife treat you like family the custom work they do is Great and prices are as good there should be 10 stars or more
Two times I have gone in to have pins replaced in my watch and both times fixed it for no charge. Also did battery while I waited with one year warranty on it. This place is great. Wow no where else you can get professional service like this. Awesome
My husband had my wedding rings made here in 2004. Dave did a spectacular job creating the rings to the design I created. I drive over 2 hours back to Jewerler's Loupe just to get my rings clean. I recommend this place 100%.
