Littman Jewelers

I recently got engaged and my fiance proposed with his grandmother's heirloom ring, which was a bit tight. I took it to Littman's on Saturday, August 22nd to have it resized, along with an emerald ring from my parents that I received as a child which was several sizes too small. I was told that it could take two to three weeks, possibly longer if there were any issues with the engagement ring due to it having a couple of tiny diamonds embedded in the band. I received a call yesterday, September 2nd (just 11 days after I brought them in) that my rings were ready. I went to pick them up after work and they both came out perfectly! Thank you so much!

I purchase a ring online in June 2019. Went to get it sized in September. They was pose to send out a new size in 2 weeks it’s now about to be February 2020 and every time I call they tell me 2 weeks but it will take about 1 week. I still don’t have the right size. They haven’t got me the right size yet. This is ridiculous.

Very rude to me tonight when I asked about orbis sphere's. One sales lady said it was a beautiful ring but she wasn't familiar with them. The other lady asked me if it was snap on jewelry even after showing her the ring. Very rude. I will only shop at Sayers in Smyrna for now on.
