One word to describe Meredith who helped us get car insurance: AMAZING. Meredith is one of the sweetest people I have EVER met! She was so kind, patient, and willing to help us at every given question, comment, or concern. We were able to reschedule appointments multiple times because of me and my partners busy work schedule, and even called me multiple times with answers to questions I had! This was the most affordable car insurance that wasn't trying to take our money at every given turn; Meredith truly cared about us and making sure we understood exactly what we were paying for. Truly excellent customer service; very personal and kind! Very responsive and punctual. Truly warm and kind environment! If you go here, definitely ask for Meredith!!

Amanda was great with us. After the stress of trying to find better insurance for our vehicles, she made choosing State Farm an easy decision. I called her prior to going into the office. She was very professional and answered all my questions. When we went into the office the staff was very welcoming and Amanda was just as professional there and made us feel very comfortable switching over our insurance. Sharon Jones is warm, patient, understanding. She has excellent telephone etiquette. I was very upset over a recent claims issue, not only did she understand my frustration, but she helped me to calm, she researched my issue, and got back to me in a timely manner, additionally she forwarded me written information concerning my displeasure. She is a jewel and a very powerful positive asset to your company. She took her time with me and made feel like I was the only or the most important customer that State Farms has. She is extraordinary.

In mid October, I experienced an accident involving a deer. I just wanted to mention how happy I have been with the entire State Farm experience with the repair of my car. From the initial call into the claim department to the payment of the invoice to the auto repair company. Everything went so smoothly and without an incident and very pleased with State Farm.

For someone who just bought their first car, this company provided great service for an easy transition. I worked with Meredith who communicated greatly and answered each and every question I had.
