I called Joie over concerns of my insurance rates, Joie immediately did some research and sent me a quote for another company which was quite a difference. I ultimately decided I was going to switch and popped into the office unannounced and was switched to the new insurance with payment and documents signed in under 15 mins. Joie cares about her clients and takes the necessary time to ensure you're satisfied with the product offered.
