They're super helpful! I got a call back very quickly and they were willing to help me understand exactly how title insurance works in Delaware and provide me very useful information. This is especially meaningful to me during the COVID-19 crisis because I didn't expect such a prompt and helpful response while their main office is closed to the public. This place was a joke! I spoke with a guy named Jeremy, who didn’t even introduce himself. I had to ask his name. At one point, I am trying to get pricing and he was like a zombie. I actually said to him, “Jeremy, can you try being a bit of a salesman and tell me about your services!” I eventually just hung up on him.
