American Dental Care

The staff that I had contact with were all very professional and friendly. This was my first visit and it was like visiting family. The facilities are beautiful and even have tropical fish tanks so you have something to watch while you are waiting to be seen. I would highly recommend American Dental Care!nnHad another appointment yesterday and everything I said about American Dental Care before is still true. Going to the Dentist isn't one of the things I generally look forward to but the people at American Dental make my visit very pleasant. Still highly recommend them!!!

As is usually the situation, all the staff I encountered were very receptive and accommodating. My comfort appeared to be a matter of importance. Dr. Patel conducted a thorough examination and provided an excellent overview of the options available to resolve my concerns. The young lady that concluded my visit provided outstanding customer service while providing further information in reference to the options available to me while spelling out clearly the costs associated with my options. Which allowed me to make a decision that fit my circumstance perfectly. She topped it off by getting my son and I scheduled for our next cleaning. Fantastic experience!!

This was my first time at American Dental and Kelli who was the dental hygienist did an excellent job with me. I had needed more than a basic cleaning that day and she jumped right in, explaining everything she was going to do, explained as she was working and even worked out a very doable long term action plan for my teeth and gums. Kelli really took the time to listen to me as well as being very thorough at her job, and she really likes what she does too! The doctor came in and we discussed some options for down the road and he was great too, but Kelli really stood out!

12Nov. Daughter had annual cleaning and exam done. Check in/out;fine. The care she received during her cleaning and exam were professionally provided by the assigned hygienist and followed up by the assigned Dentist. Not sure if the hygienist or Dentist were new to the clinic but ud83dudc4d. No injuries, no pain, no discomfort, great bedside courtesy/manner. Had I had this same treatment on my last cleaning here, I would have given an overall 5 stars. Why did I go back you ask? Because my daughters past cleaning went fine, admin not withstanding. Fees for annual cleaning are assessed with or without exam, additional for the flouride, etc. X-ray packages basic or full panel and subject to necessity. Treatment/care type discussed prior to the appointment along with insurance coverage. If a Dentist doesn't assess your chops (mouth)or x-ray findings then ask the question about the exam fee, the exam is done by the dentist. Not every clinics fees will be the same so clarify to avoid surprises or to avoid inappropriate billing to insurance. Especially for services not rendered. Only thing I am not sure about is the perfectly formed tiniest triangle shape shadow on a back tooth that was on the X-ray. We'll keep an ud83dudc41 on it

Came in when a recently replaced filling started to cause me severe pain. I was told I needed to see a specialist to get a root canal. After explaining that I was having trouble sleeping/eating and could not wait for another appointment without something being done they agreed to give me a partial root canal.(I have had a root canal done here in the past without problems by another dentist) The partial root canal did remove most of the pain. The next day they had an opening and said they could complete the root canal.nnWhen attempting to complete the work, a file broke off in my tooth and I was handed a phone number of a root canal specialist. (It was late in the day so, the specialist was not open when I called) I was told the root canal specialist will be able to complete the root canal and possibly remove the file that is stuck in my tooth. I have already paid them for a root canal but, they told me that money could go towards the crown I will evidently now need on this tooth once the failed root canal is corrected by the specialist.nnI have already used up all of my dental insurance for this year so, I have been paying out of pocket. I am not looking forward to how much this specialist will cost. Considering I have left work early twice now, this is becoming an expensive ordeal.nnI no longer feel confident that American Dental Care is capable of taking care of my dental needs. It is really strange to be told there is a file stuck in your tooth and his is a phone number of someone who can fix it.(for a fee) Once I have the crown installed with my credit for the root canal, I will be changing dentist.
