I LOVE this practice! The staff and Dr. Sadlowski are always so friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years and now that my daughter is in college they schedule around her college calendar; fitting her in for her cleanings when she is home on break. They truly care about their patients.

My dental hygienist put me at ease right away. She did a great job with my X-rays and cleaning. It’s hard to find a dental practice that you like, and I am glad to have finally found one.

Do not go here. I called to make an appointment and went over my insurance information to make sure the services were normal yearly requirements that would be covered. They contacted me back and said yes. After receiving services they setup a follow up app which i called weeks prior to cancel because my insurance changed. Two weeks later i received a $400 bill for services and for a missed appointment. I contacted the gentleman Jon and explained i spoke with him and that i cancelled and that i also shouldnt be charged for the cleaning. He said they would do a “good faith” reimbursement for the no call no show which is crazy because i cancelled with him, but the insurance said i wasnt covered. I called the insurance which agreed i was covered and called them back. Jon said they didnt have the correct info on my card so i came in and he tried to explain away their errors and took down the correct info and said everything would be good. The following week he calls again saying my insurance now which covers 100% of regular yearly appointments would only cover $80 of the $400. I explained that didnt make sense since i had them verify with the insurance prior to my initial appointment to which he replied we have spent more time on this claim then most unfortunately youre going to have to pay. The office is run like an asylum nobody knows whats going on who talked to who what was said etc. DO NOT GO HERE.
