Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontics

When greeted at Alpine and Rafetto last month, it was so refreshing! The woman was super nice! Everyone was SO helpful and informative! The orthodontist was great! And Cathy was great! She was super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! She even retrieved my phone for me that I left in the lobby. 5 stars through and through.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles from Teresa. Her positive energy would brighten anyone's day. Jess was our technician. She immediately got my son's personality. She was light-hearted and funny, all while remaining professional. Cathy is a gem and always works with our crazy schedules so that my son is seen when needed. The doctors...topnotch!!!

I was in Dover and I saw a woman with an orthodontics jacket on, and as I have three children who will probably all need braces, I stopped her and asked her some questions. She introduced herself, gave me a business card and proceeded to answer all my questions.nnI have been involved in the retail industry as a manager and hourly worker for 28 years, and I could count on one hand how many employees and associates I have worked with that were as friendly and informative as Erica.nnI am looking forward to making an appointment and if the firm is half as good as she says they are, I will be more than satisfied.

We had a fantastic consultation with Kathy and Dr. Rafetto. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt zero pressure to commit but knew right away we had found our orthodontist office! My daughter can’t wait to get her smile straightened out!

A wonderful place! Everyone was very personable. I also like that it is small and has a beautiful view of the lake! Took my 2 boys for their first consultation visit. My one son was very nervous but Cathy, the treatment coordinator, put him at ease. She was super nice and very helpful! Dr. Fiss was very nice and helpful in regards to the treatment plan.nHighly recommend!
