I felt really welcome, they all made sure I was comfortable for my first time. All were kind to me. They did a great job on my braces.

Left me hanging!!!!! I spent over $5000 with this company. When I had my retainer molds made. I was told if I lost them it wouldn’t be a problem to order another. I moved lost my retainer and tried to order another. One of the receptionist said can’t do anything petty much. Didn’t offer to send the stuff so I can take my own impressions and send them back or any suggestions. After all the money I spent, THEY should still take care of customers.

Friendly staff that takes time to explain what they are doing so my Grandson understands what he needs to do.

They are really nice, answer all my questions & if I ever have a problem they get me in quick to fix it!

My sister has been taking her 3 kids here and I was needing to find a place for my daughter. She is very shy and for many years has been ashamed of her mixed curly hair, so we had been cutting it short. Unfortunately people started to think my daughter was a little boy because of the short hair so it made her more self conscious. When I brought my daughter here we dealt with Addeline. The first time we saw her she was very sweet and it made my daughter come out of her shell. At the end of the appointment she had told my daughter that it takes real courage to become the person you're meant to be and to embrace her short hair if she liked it. I cried when I got home because my daughter felt so much better about herself and her hair. After the shut down we have been back and if it wasn't for the 6 feet social distancing my daughter would be hugging her every appointment. My daughter loves coming here and seeing her because this assistant actually remembers my daughter and makes sure my daughter is doing ok and feeling great about herself and not just her progress with her treatment. I wish there was more people like her because she makes the difference in such a ruthless world. The rest of the staff are amazing and the doctors have such an amazing team.
