Alison was friendly and personable. It was my first visit with her. She took her time and was gentle removing my cast since I was still sore. I appreciate her professionalism!

I severed the two tendons and nerves in my left index finger and the doctor that Beebe Medical Center referred me to would not do the surgery as it was a very difficult procedure. I visited with Dr. Pan and she immediately changed her schedule to get me into surgery ASAP. The procedure was not met without difficulty, but over 3 hours later I came out of surgery. I started therapy 2 days post op and continued for 6 moths. Every visit back the secretary would greet me by name and I would be seen immediately. I now have the ability to make a full fist and have a lot of my feeling that has returned all they way up my finger. I would recommend Dr. Pan and her team for all of your Orthopedic needs and especially with any hand injuries/needs.
