We were evacuated due to a big local wildfire getting less than 3 miles from our house. I called this hotel to check for vacancy.They said they had one room available. However, they refused to let my husband, myself and our two well behaved 30 pound dogs rent it as they said they could only allow one dog per room.nnI let them know that the many other hotels I had called had no vacancy. I also mentioned to them that we were being evacuated due to the wildfire near our home and that I needed somewhere to stay to get out of the smoke due to lung issues.nnI offered to pay for two rooms if that meant we could stay there overnight. They said they couldn't do that as it was the only room they had. I offered to pay extra pet fee and an extra deposit if they could make an exception as we were experiencing an emergency. They still refused.nnThis hotel has proven to be heartless.

One the best comfort inns I’ve stayed at! We were in town to pick up our puppy and stayed here for a few days. It was ultra clean and the breakfast was the one of the best comfort inn breakfasts! Pool was great as well!

Got checked into one room. Bathroom floor was dirty and trash under bed. They moved me to a new room. I found public hair's on the tub. I checked out and will never return. Got the run around for a refund. Will be contacting management tomorrow

Clean hotel. Nice staff awesome hot tub. Close to wineries.

Not happy with this hotel. Tried to get a room on travels through Oregon with one 11 pound dog and my 30lb service dog. I was refused service because they only allow 1 dog in the rooms. It is illegal and extremely unacceptable for them to turn down a service animal. I have all the paperwork for my dog and everything. I am an avid traveler and on all of my travels I have never had any other comfort inn or any other hotel (even hotels that don't allow pets) have never refused service to me with my 2 dogs because service animals don't count as pets and are not supposed to be turned down. I have to travel with my service animal due to a traumatic head injury that has caused me to have seizure activity. I am absolutely appalled by this. NOT OK.
