HORRIBLE! Ordered crab cake sandwiches and they were totally inedible. We opened the boxes and both sandwiches were completely different. They were supposed to be broiled. The smell and taste were so bad. Fingers crossed no food poisoning. Threw both of them away. So disappointing. Had been there years before and it was decent. Will not stop again.

This place has poor customer service. On a Sunday I placed an order for 2 of the shrimp special and the shrimp were extremely over cooked. By the time I got home, the restaurant was closed. First thing that Monday I called, spoke to someone who then spoke to a manager. I advised I would return the seafood next day, because I lived out of town. Today go in and like the previous day no apology for the inconvenience, refund attempted and had I not read the printed receipt which indicated refund failed I still would not received my refund. System down, waited 10 minutes, system down. On duty supervisor proceeded to say that they were doing me a favor by returning the food and my response was that had the food been cooked properly I wouldn’t have to return it. It was beyond disappointing and at the end system still down, I was instructed to leave my contact information and would receive a call. As I write this review I still have not received my refund and salty wave has received 98% of the seafood which totaled $59. At this point I’ll be filing a dispute with my bank. Order ready as promised with full crabs and nice shrimp. Only complaint was reaching them by phone, as their voice mailbox was always full.

Nice and clean. Great staff. Friendly and accomodating. Lots of parking and convenient. Excellent location. Reasonable price point.
