These guys are the absolute nicest brewers I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I was on my way through on my way up to Washington and he went out of his way to be open for us to sample and buy products. You can feel a huge pride and commitment to making amazing quality beer. I loved the porter and the stout so much I bought almost all his stock. Truly thankful for such an amazing person and delicious truly gluten free beer. Also we tried the pretzels that his wife makes, wow, I don't even like pretzels normally but I loved these. It's a family business that has grown organically and worked its way up. I know it will be further expanding and so looking forward to it's success and the amazing beers in the future. Thank you!!

Get the maple Bar! Or any donut. They're made right there in the brewery kitchen. I don't like Maple bars and we had to get a second one after the first.nnThe pretzels looked tasty too, but maple bars...nnThey have a covered patio with spaced tables and heaters for covid-safer consumption. Frozen and to go gluten-free baked goods are available. Also, reasonably priced tasters.

Excellent gluten-free establishment. A soft pretzels with whole grain mustard and a beer seriously hit the spot. But you don’t love yourself if you don’t stop by for a fresh fried donut. Even my gluten-eating husband admitted he couldn’t stop thinking about them. The owner/super mom is my hero for waiting tables with a sleeping baby on her back. The amber IPA was our favorite. Great stop!

Amazing gf beer, pretzels, and donuts! I almost cried at how delicious the food was. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft is used to create the fluffy texture of the donuts, but I haven’t had one like that since I became diagnosed celiac over 5 years ago. I also am not a beer drinker and found that I actually liked the beers offered!nThe owner is so friendly too! Had a lovely chat with him about his time in Vienna and spoke a little German together as well. We will definitely be going back ASAP. If only there was another location in Portland!nDanke sehr!

Delicious food, and literally the nicest staff. I don't think I've been treated as kindly at 99.9% of places I've ever been. Did I mention that all the food is gluten free and my mom and partner can have EVERYTHING on the menu? I'd rate it six stars if I could.
