Gray Line

Our family of 6 took the DC after dark tour then the following day we took the day tour. We all loved them both! Beverly and Kenny were both great helping us at the desk and Herbert B and Bob were excellent drivers. We enjoyed seeing the sights in this stress-free way.

What didn't we get to see... in two days on gray lines D.C. In a day and Virginia in a day tours I feel like my head is spinning! We saw more than we came for and we're so impressed! I feel like this was the most efficient way to see our nations capitol! In a busy city it helps to have a tour guide to explain all the right moves to make at every attraction! Drivers were more than informative and extremely courteous!

I took several tours with Gray Line around D.C., and also to the Presidents homes. The tours were very good. The bus drivers were very good about explaining the history about what we were going to be seeing. Also they were good about giving us clear cut directions of what to do, and where to meet up after the tours. Customer service was really good about telling us where to wait for the buses after checking in.

I was surprised by the lower ratings of this tour company. I can't speak for anyone else's experiences. My experience was excellent. I booked the Gettysburg tour from DC. The tour took about 10.5 hours. The value per price of this tour is amazing. My customer service interactions were satisfactory, the bus was clean, and the tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy!

I bought the 2 day grand tour for my family of 4 visiting Washington DC. The very first level me in the description of the itinerary was “Guided Capitol Tour”. With this being the case I didn’t bother to contact my Representative or Senator to sign up for one. It wasn’t until the end of my tour when I inquired why we hadn’t done this that I was informed that this had been removed from the trip, no explanation was given. The lady behind the desk was very apologetic and told us that this has been a mistake on the website for some time and it hasn’t been corrected yet. It must have been going on for a long time because the printed itinerary that was at the desk didn’t have it on there at all.
